Hello- I'm Elise, a nature-loving pet mom who enjoys curling up with a good podcast or creating art in my free time. I understand firsthand that therapy can be an overwhelming experience, and I believe everyone needs to go at their own pace. As a therapist, I pride myself on slowly developing a strong rapport with my clients, as this lays the groundwork for our therapeutic journey together.

I have over seven years of experience working with a wide range of age groups and populations, specifically individuals aged 12 and up. My experience includes supporting those with a history of trauma, disordered eating, anxiety/depression, grief, ADHD, and individuals on the autism spectrum. I am well-versed in several therapeutic approaches, such as person-centered, holistic therapy, trauma-informed care, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I encourage clients to build upon the skills they gain in therapy to help meet their targeted goals.

Along with traditional talk therapy services, I am also a certified art therapist. From early on, I have used art as a form of self-expression, and as I have grown older, art continues to serve this therapeutic purpose. Art can open a window into one's feelings and emotions that words alone are not able to capture. While I am well versed in a large range of art mediums, my specialties include oil pastel, charcoal, paint, and clay.  If you share a passion for art, or even if you just like to doodle in your free time, I encourage you to explore this avenue.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are interested in learning about how I can best support you and your therapeutic goals. I look forward to working with you!
