I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling from National Louis University, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Robert Morris University, and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages, providing individual and couples therapy. I am passionate about helping clients find their voice, understand themselves more deeply, and feel empowered to make choices that align with who they are. I have experience working with individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, and challenges related to self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. I believe that personal growth begins with learning to recognize your own worth. Through a compassionate and supportive approach, I help clients strengthen self-esteem, practice self-compassion, establish healthy boundaries, and develophealthier relationships with themselves and others. It is an honor and a privilege to walk alongside my clients throughout their journey. I value creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted while working toward meaningful personal growth. I believe therapy is not about becoming someone else; it is about discovering and becoming more fully who you are.
Outside of my work, I enjoy attending concerts, watching movies (especially Marvel films!), spending quality time with family and friends, and traveling. Cruising is one of my favorite ways to vacation because I enjoy the opportunity to relax, explore new places, and create lasting memories. My Christian faith is also an important part of my life and influences the values I hold dear. I value the importance of faith, personal growth, compassion, and connection, and I appreciate the many ways people find meaning, strength, and purpose in their own lives.
